Facing fears: stopping your brain jumping to conclusions
This workbook is designed to guide you through the process of setting up "behavioural experiments" which will give your brain and nervous system to recalibrate down from automatic threat detection mode. Seeing (more specifically, experiencing) is believing but it can be hard to find or make opportunities to change old patterns. This booklet will guide you how to do so in a safe and gradual way.
