Soothing around sadness
This is a short practice guiding you to turn towards sadness with a light, highly guided touch, to prevent overwhelm and enhance a sense of safey and confidence in doing so. In between turning towards sadness, you will be facilitated to regulate your distress and physiology, to help the body acclimiatise to processing sadness.
